Managing Partner

Dr. Jochen Murach is the Managing Partner of AMERELLER’s Dubai office. With more than 20 years of continuous practice in the UAE and the wider Gulf region, he is recognised for his deep understanding of regional markets and their legal, regulatory, and commercial dynamics.

Dr. Murach advises a broad portfolio of international clients across multiple industries on UAE and GCC corporate and commercial law. His core practice focuses on foreign direct investment, market entry strategies, and the establishment of robust corporate structures for regional operations. He has extensive experience in local and cross-border joint ventures, regulatory compliance, corporate restructurings, and complex shareholder arrangements.

A significant part of his work involves advising on commercial contracts, with particular emphasis on distribution, agency, and franchising matters under UAE and Gulf laws.

Clients regularly rely on his pragmatic guidance to manage risk while maintaining commercial flexibility in regulated markets.

In addition, Dr. Murach advises family offices and private high-net-worth individuals on real estate transactions in the United Arab Emirates, combining legal precision with a strong commercial perspective.
