Vadym Kizlenko focuses on bankruptcy, financial restructuring, and protection of clients’ interests in complex and high-profile insolvency matters. He provides comprehensive legal support in insolvency proceedings, including risk management for debtors and creditors, restructuring strategies, and asset protection.

He has extensive experience handling bankruptcy cases at all stages – from preparing petitions and procedural documents to implementing rehabilitation and financial restructuring procedures, as well as completing proceedings through settlement agreements and negotiating resolutions between debtors and creditors. Acting as an Insolvency Receiver, Vadym Kizlenko administers bankruptcy proceedings, organizes interaction with creditors, and ensures effective debt repayment.

Vadym represents clients before courts in all instances in bankruptcy, corporate, and contractual disputes, and advises on the enforcement and security of debtors’ obligations. He regularly assists companies, creditors, and investors with crisis management strategies, insolvency risk mitigation, and debt restructuring.

His clients include Ukrainian and international companies, private investors, and state-owned enterprises operating in automotive, banking, extractive industries, heavy industry, FMCG, transport and logistics, and agribusiness.

Vadym Kizlenko is officially certified to act in bankruptcy cases of state-owned enterprises and business entities in which the state holds more than 50% of shares (participation interests).

Pursuant to applicable legislation, Insolvency Receiver Vadym Kizlenko is registered with the State Tax Service of Ukraine as a self-employed person and carries out independent professional activities. The Insolvency Receiver acts independently in statutory duties and decision-making in insolvency proceedings.
