Anastasiia Leontieva advises Ukrainian and international companies on antitrust and competition law matters, including obtaining merger clearance and approvals for concerted practices, assessing risks of breaching competition legislation, and interacting with regulatory authorities. She also provides legal support in matters governed by commercial, civil, and administrative law.

She provides comprehensive legal support to businesses establishing and operating in Ukraine. Anastasiia advises on company registration, the establishment of representative offices of foreign entities, business restructuring, the development of corporate structures, and the drafting of internal corporate documentation.

Anastasiia has experience working with defence and energy companies, as well as enterprises implementing infrastructure and investment projects. She advises clients on corporate governance, financing, reorganisation, and liquidation of companies.
