Nataliia Kyreieva advises Ukrainian and international clients on compliance with Ukrainian customs legislation and provides comprehensive legal support for cross-border trade and logistics operations.

Her practice covers the legal regulation of all major customs regimes, including import, export, transit, temporary admission and temporary export of goods. Nataliia assists businesses with customs clearance procedures, regulatory compliance, and interaction with the customs authorities of Ukraine, ensuring lawful and efficient movement of goods across the Ukrainian border.

Nataliia has substantial experience in customs disputes, including challenges to decisions of customs authorities, adjustments of customs value, tariff classification of goods, determination of country of origin, additional assessment of customs duties, and the imposition of penalty sanctions. She represents clients in disputes arising from customs audits and inspections and supports them at all stages of administrative and judicial proceedings.

She regularly advises clients on customs risk mitigation and prevention of violations, conducts legal analysis of the lawfulness of actions taken by customs authorities, customs brokers and declarants, and provides legal assistance in applying customs benefits, preferential treatment and exemptions from customs duties during customs clearance.

Another key focus of her practice is maritime and transport law. She advises and represents shipping companies, shipowners, port operators and other maritime infrastructure stakeholders in disputes related to maritime transportation, port operations and cargo handling, including in both judicial and administrative proceedings.

Nataliia combines in-depth knowledge of customs regulation with litigation experience, helping clients protect their commercial interests and ensure compliance with Ukrainian and international trade regulations.
