Andrii Konoplia specializes in insolvency, financial restructuring and dispute resolution, representing clients before courts of all instances in commercial, civil and administrative matters.

His practice covers comprehensive support of insolvency proceedings at all stages – from the initiation of proceedings and asset administration to rehabilitation, liquidation and closure of insolvency cases.

Andrii has been repeatedly appointed as an asset administrator, rehabilitation trustee and liquidator of large enterprises in heavy industry, energy, agribusiness, construction, transportation, trade and the financial sector. He has extensive experience managing debtor assets, conducting asset sales and effectively coordinating with creditors.

A substantial part of his practice involves the development and implementation of financial restructuring mechanisms, including the preparation of rehabilitation plans, debt restructuring and negotiations with banks, financial institutions and other creditors.

Within the dispute resolution practice, Andrii represents debtors and creditors in debt recovery and fraudulent transaction challenges, minority and controlling shareholders in squeeze-out disputes, as well as owners and top management of insolvent banks in claims brought by the Deposit Guarantee Fund for recovery of damages. He also advises and represents clients in complex corporate and credit-related disputes.

Combining advocacy with hands-on insolvency experience, Andrii delivers a comprehensive and strategic approach to asset protection, resolution of corporate conflicts and mitigation of financial risks.

Andrii Konoplia is certified to act in insolvency proceedings involving state-owned enterprises and business entities in which more than 50% of shares (participation interests) are state-owned.

Pursuant to applicable legislation, Insolvency Receiver Andrii Konoplia is registered with the State Tax Service of Ukraine as a self-employed person and carries out independent professional activities. The Insolvency Receiver acts independently in statutory duties and decision-making in insolvency proceedings.
