Yaroslav Mudryi concentrates on bank, contract, corporate, and creditors’ rights disputes, as well as bankruptcy cases. He advises clients from various sectors of the economy, including banking, heavy industry, transportation and logistics, and agribusiness, on Ukrainian bankruptcy law.

His practice focuses on bankruptcy and debt collection cases for large debtors and representing leading international and Ukrainian banks and corporations. Yaroslav has profound experience of debt restructuring and handles transactions involving bad debts at open auctions.
