Ivan Maryniuk is a leading lawyer in Ukrainian and international tax law. He advises Ukrainian and international businesses on corporate and international taxation, tax planning, mitigation of tax risks, and business structuring. He supports investment projects in Ukraine and abroad, including international technical assistance projects and activities of non-governmental organisations.

Ivan provides comprehensive advice to companies and private clients on key taxation matters, including corporate income tax, VAT, personal income tax, and non-resident income tax. He advises on tax audits, administrative and judicial appeals against decisions of the tax authorities, actions or omissions of supervisory bodies, and tax structuring of financing for investment projects.

Ivan Maryniuk has substantial experience in currency regulation, foreign exchange control, and cross-border settlements. He advises on compliance with currency legislation, repatriation of income, and structuring of cross-border operations.
