Dianna joined AEQUITAS in 2023. She specializes in natural resources and energy and has 20 years of experience working in the mining and development sector. She focuses on legal issues in the exploration and production of mineral resources, including obtaining the subsoil use right, assessing compliance with licensing and contractual obligations, securing regulatory approvals and permits, and providing legal representation to subsoil users and participating in dispute resolutions.

Ms. Ten also advises on land and environmental legislation, renewable energy projects, and corporate law. Dianna has supported subsoil licensing processes and participated in multiple due diligence reviews of major Kazakhstan companies.
