Mr. Zakirov is specializing in the sphere of corporate law, M&A, labor, migration law, regulatory compliance, pharmaceutical legislation, and the laws of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC).

Dias has been actively advising international companies on the issues of corporate legislation of Kazakhstan, conducting in-depth analysis of the regulation nuances and impact of international experience.

Mr. Zakirov's recent projects worth mentioning involve legal support of the business opening in Kazakhstan and obtainment of relevant licenses in the AIFC.

Dias has experience of working for a quasi-public sector organization where he ensured the activities of local executive authorities. He joined AEQUITAS in 2024.
