Yerbol has advised clients from various sectors, including international organizations, on labor law matters, corporate structuring, and compliance with Kazakhstan regulations. He has supported the establishment, reorganization, and liquidation of companies and foreign subsidiaries, drafted corporate and internal documents, and advised on employment of foreign personnel.

He has also participated in M&A due diligence projects, including regulatory and labor compliance reviews, and obtained antitrust approvals for transactions.
