Yekaterina Khamidullina is a Partner at AEQUITAS and Head of the AIFC Branch. She has extensive experience in dispute resolution, corporate law, and banking and finance. Yekaterina is also highly experienced in advising on AIFC laws, personal data protection, project financing, real estate, and TMT matters.

With more than 14 years of experience, Yekaterina has advised major foreign investors, international development banks, oil, pharmaceutical, and technology companies on complex issues related to the application of Kazakhstan and AIFC laws.

Ms. Khamidullina has participated on numerous occasions in the due diligence of major Kazakhstan companies from different sectors of the economy.  She was also a member of working groups established to prepare amendments to Kazakhstan’s legislation on remote work and anti-corruption issues.
