Almagul Agadil is a Senior Associate at AEQUITAS.  Almagul is specializing in the field of corporate and commercial law, antitrust legislation, banking and finance.  Almagul has great experience in regulatory compliance, support of M&A transactions and due diligence of major local companies from various economy sectors. Almagul has been working with AEQUITAS since 2022.

Ms. Agadil advises clients on various commercial and transactional issues, as well as banking and finance regulations. She is mostly involved in M&A deals, conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts, structuring financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with antitrust and corporate governance rules, Almagul is also focused on finance and multinational infrastructure development projects.  Her clientele includes such companies as as Korea National Oil Corporation (KNOC), Borealis, HeidelbergCement, China Telecom, Mitsubishi Corporation, Philips, SoftBank, Baker Hughes, British American Tobacco, Sandvik Mining and Construction, Panalpina, Toyota Motors, Yandex, Coca-Cola, Mars, EuroChem, etcAlmagul is a member of the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of Suleyman Demirel University, where she contributes to the development and improvement of the curriculum and the academic standards.  Ms. Agadil graduated from the same university in 2018 with a Bachelor of Laws degree, specializing in jurisprudence.
