Shpati Hoxha is a partner and one of the founders of HM&H.

His practice focuses on corporate law, trade and competition matters, IP and IT law. Shpati advises investors on a wide range of business issues, including governance, market conduct, M&As, project financing, distribution and trade agreements, technology transfer, trademark enforcement, data protection, privacy, security and internet law. He moreover has a significant experience in dealing with projects in the energy and natural resources sector and has assisted clients in a number of high value M&A, financing and PPP transactions.
