Andi Memi is a partner and one of the founders of HM&H.

His practice focuses on banking law, insurance law, energy law, tax law and real estate. Andi regularly advises major banks and insurance companies in operational and regulatory matters. He also specializes in tax law, energy law and project development. He has handled a significant number of transactions ranging from major acquisitions in the insurance and financial sector to major energy concessions and real estate development projects.
