Rastko is the founding partner of MMD Advokati.

With more than 20 years of experience, he advises clients in Serbia and the wider ex-Yugoslav region on M&A transactions, competition law, and regulatory matters across a range of industries.

Rastko’s primary areas of focus include the pharmaceutical, banking and insurance, and energy sectors, where he has developed strong transactional and regulatory expertise. He also has significant experience in sports law, having represented numerous clients in arbitration proceedings before international sports tribunals, including the BAT.

Among his recent engagements, Rastko provided legal assistance to a telecommunications provider in the acquisition of one of the leading local operators, covering all M&A and competition law aspects of the transaction.

Rastko is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of French.
