Mr. Jamal Taher Alkhateeb is a Senior Partner at Taher Group Law Firm, with over three decades of experience in litigation before the Kuwaiti courts, including the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court.

He is widely recognised for his expertise in personal status law, particularly in matters relating to family law, inheritance, and endowments (Waqf). His practice is distinguished by deep technical knowledge and a strong track record in handling complex and sensitive disputes in these areas.

Mr. Alkhateeb has contributed to the development of legal principles established by the Court of Cassation in personal status matters, as well as cases involving industrial estates and their legal exploitation, reflecting his role in shaping judicial interpretations within these fields.

He holds an LL.B. from Alexandria University (1988) and began his legal career in Kuwait, including early experience within the Ministry of Public Health in Legal Affairs, which contributed to his foundation in regulatory and administrative work.
