Associate Attorney in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice area. In 2023, he received certification as an Expert in Restructuring from the Complutense University of Madrid.

He currently serves as Director of the Master’s Program in Law and Legal Practice at the European University of Madrid and has taught in the Master’s Program in Corporate Legal Advisory Services at Carlos III University of Madrid.

In addition, he is a member of the Professional Association of Insolvency Administrators (ASPAC) and a member of TMA. He serves as an insolvency administrator in various provinces, including Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, Zaragoza, Cantabria, Ciudad Real, Albacete, Valladolid, Toledo, Cuenca, Guadalajara, Burgos, Granada, Oviedo, La Rioja, Tarragona, and the Canary Islands.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Complutense University of Madrid and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. He has a Master’s degree in Labor Litigation Practice and Social Security Law, and a Master’s degree in Insolvency Administration (2012, ICAM)
