Partner in charge of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice at Auren Legal and partner-advisor at Auren Reestructuraciones, SLP.
A member of the Madrid Bar Association, he is a member of the Spanish Insolvency Law Club and the ICJCE Committee for the Registration of Judicial Audit Experts.
He collaborates with the Chair of the RyC-ICADE Insolvency Observatory and serves as a professor in the Certification Course for Experts in Corporate Restructuring and Refinancing at the FEF School of the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts.
He is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars specializing in insolvency law, organized by entities such as Aranzadi, the Bar Association of A Coruña, FIDE, ANGECO, and ISDE, among other public and private institutions.
He has contributed articles to specialized publications such as the Journal of Insolvency and Pre-Insolvency Law, the General Journal of Insolvency and Restructuring, and the Journal of the ICADE Law School, among others.
