Legal Partner

A lawyer and Doctor of Law, she also holds a Master’s degree in Business Law. She combines her professional practice with teaching, instructing courses in Procedural Law for the Bachelor’s degree in Law, the Law + Business Administration program, and the Master’s program for Admission to the Bar and Legal Practice at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She has also taught at other institutions, both public and private.

She has published the book La acción rescisoria concursal and contributed to various collective works, including the second edition of the book Introducción al Enjuiciamiento Civil, edited by Manuel Cachón Cadenas.

Her professional practice focuses on the areas of Banking, Procedural, Civil, and Commercial Law.
