Partner at Auren Legal. I have been practicing law for over 29 years, and since 2008 I have headed Auren’s Litigation Department in Madrid. I specialize in litigation law and also have extensive expertise in corporate, bankruptcy, and IT law.

He has worked as a lawyer, insolvency administrator, mediator, and arbitrator in both judicial and extrajudicial proceedings. He is registered as an arbitrator with the leading arbitration courts, including the Arbitration Court of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, the European Arbitration Association, and the Madrid Bar Association, where he has also been appointed ambassador of the Arbitration Court.

He is a professor at Carlos III University, Complutense University of Madrid, and the European University of Madrid, as well as at business schools such as ISDE and the General Council of the Bar. He has written numerous legal and academic articles in the field of legal management.

Graduate in Law
