Attorney, State Attorney on leave of absence, and Doctor of Law. Throughout his career, he has held positions in the legal and public sectors, including Director General of Legal Services for the Community of Madrid. He was the first director of his Law Review, a member of the Data Protection Agency of the Community of Madrid, legal director of the Valdebebas Park Compensation Board, and vice president of the Mountaineering Federation. He is currently secretary of the FONDECA Oversight Committee and chairs the Energy Committee of the Madrid Bar Association. His practice focuses on Energy Law, Urban Planning, Expropriation, Public Procurement, Infrastructure, and legal representation in administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings. He serves as a speaker at courses and conferences and has published articles, contributions, and monographs.
