Career

She is Of Counsel in the Public Law Department at Auren Legal. A State Attorney since 1998, she has advised and represented the government in all areas of the legal system, with a particular focus on administrative litigation, especially in tax proceedings, public procurement, and the sanctions regime. Throughout her career, she has held high-level institutional positions, such as Head of the State Legal Service before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the National High Court and Secretary General of the Central Economic-Administrative Court (TEAC).

She combines her professional practice with a strong commitment to teaching: she is a professor in the Master’s Program for Admission to the Bar and Legal Practice at the University of Valladolid and contributes to various legal publications, including both specialized articles and collective works on Administrative Law.

Her professional career has been recognized with the Distinguished Cross, First Class, of the Order of Saint Raymond of Peñafort.
