Catherine helps clients with crucial aspects of their personal lives, particularly protecting their financial assets. She drafts and amends Wills and advises on the mitigation of Inheritance Tax.

Catherine administers estates of all sizes and can also assist with the preparation and registration of Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection.

Catherine is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly which is an independent body of legal professionals dedicated to providing advice to older and vulnerable people, as well as their families and carers.

She is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
