Amy has experience in administering estates and obtaining Grants of Representation, whether there’s a valid Will or the estate falls under intestacy. I regularly work with complex, high-value estates and advise on matters such as Business Property Relief. She also assists with preparing Deeds of Variation and Memoranda of Appropriation to help reduce inheritance tax liabilities wherever possible.
