Sergiy has gained a profound professional legal experience specializing in M&A, real estate, corporate and competition. He has provided comprehensive legal advice and assistance to foreign investors on issues pertaining to joint venture and business acquisition, brown-field and green-field investments, investment structuring and strategies in such areas as agro sector, non-residential real estate, industrial manufacturing, FMCG.

Prior to joining LCF Law Group Sergiy occupied management positions with international and domestic law firms and Ukrainian Government authorities.
