Joakim is a leading practitioner in domestic and international personal taxation. He advises clients in all matters relating to incentives, such as options and other share-based compensation structures. Joakim also advises clients at the intersection of taxation and employment law, for example, concerning employer obligations, social security, pensions, and withholding obligations. During his career, he has also represented multiple listed companies in employment and compensation negotiations with key individuals, such as CEOs and board members. Joakim regularly represents clients in tax disputes, tax audits, and other processes, including social security disputes and criminal proceedings.
