Position
With a solid background in public law and proven experience in private law,
she works with various players in the real estate sector, combining technical rigour and strategic vision
to support the implementation of complex and innovative projects.
Her main areas of expertise include:
Support for public and private stakeholders: initially trained in public real estate issues (public contracts, valuation of public properties, development operations, urban planning and the environment), she has expanded her expertise to include private stakeholders such as developers, property companies, project managers and construction companies. She also advises her clients on the impact of PropTech innovations on their real estate projects, particularly in terms of smart property and city management.
Feasibility and execution of real estate projects: attentive to urban, environmental and technological changes, she assists her clients in analysing urban planning documents, auditing their authorisations and drafting their works or project management contracts and professional and commercial leases.
Authorised real estate agent: she is involved in the search for and negotiation of real estate assets, ensuring a tailor-made approach to maximise the value of her clients’ projects.
Litigation risk management: her expertise in legal proceedings (civil, administrative and criminal) and amicable dispute resolution techniques (conciliation, mediation, settlement, arbitration and participatory proceedings) enables her to secure operations, anticipate litigation risks and favour amicable resolutions.
