With over 25 years’ specialisation in commercial litigation, she has developed specific expertise in property and construction law over the years.
She provides both advisory and litigation services to property developers, project owners, builders, project managers and all other parties involved in the construction process.

Her main areas of expertise:

She assists her clients before the start of construction with the aim of securing operations upstream (particularly in the drafting of contracts, negotiations with neighbours regarding planned projects, and preventive summary proceedings), then throughout the life of the project, with a view to anticipating potential risks and taking into account environmental issues and the impact of Proptech innovations.

She also supports them in pre-litigation and litigation at all stages of their projects, from technical expertise operations to court proceedings, seeking to favour amicable settlement of disputes and always taking a practical and concrete approach to legal issues, while demonstrating precision and tenacity.
