With many years of experience in drafting, negotiating and managing commercial contracts in complex environments, she assists companies with their challenges in contract law, data protection and intellectual property, with a particular focus on the technology sectors.

Her main areas of expertise include:

Drafting, negotiating and managing strategic contracts: SaaS contracts, outsourcing, partnerships, transitional service agreements (TSAs), terms and conditions of use/terms and conditions of sale, and privacy policies;
GDPR compliance and personal data protection: assisting companies in complying with personal data regulations, managing conflicts related to personal data protection, and providing assistance during CNIL audits;
Artificial intelligence: contracts related to the supply and deployment of AI systems, and incorporation of AI into the company’s IT charter;
Intellectual property: protection and promotion of companies’ intangible assets, including trademarks, software and databases;
Support for innovative projects: legal security for digital platforms, connected objects, marketplaces and other technological projects;
Management of complex disputes: particularly in the areas of IT and contracts. She assists her clients in situations requiring in-depth expertise in law and technology.
