With over 20 years of experience in M&A and private equity, she assists her clients – companies, executives and investors – with their growth projects and complex legal transactions, particularly in an international context (assisting foreign investors with acquisitions of stakes in French companies / advising sellers or buyers in the sale of French companies to foreign buyers).

Her main areas of expertise:

Mergers and acquisitions: structuring transactions, negotiating legal terms, executing company sales or acquisitions;
Private equity: advising on private equity, fundraising and LBOs, OBOs, with structuring and management of shareholdings.
