Mrs. Basak Goksu Sari is an accomplished senior lawyer with over 11 years of transactional experience in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and Project Development. Over the years, she has led negotiations, drafted, revised and worked on numerous joint venture and shareholders contracts, share purchase contracts, partnership contracts, M&A takeovers, engineering procurement and construction (EPC) contracts, supply & installation contracts, service & maintenance contracts and also aviation fuel purchase and sales contracts. She has significant experience advising multinational groups and joint ventures in cross-border transactions. Additionally, she regularly advises her clients on regulatory issues involving their line of business and has represented her clients before the Turkish Competition Authority on various occasions.
