Career
Mr Emre Ulcayli is rendering legal consultancy services to both multinational and local clients with specific emphasis on corporate law, commercial law, direct foreign investments law, capital markets law, banking law, competition law, intellectual property law and media law. He has been involved in a wide variety of complex cross-border M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, financing and restructuring projects and the establishment of new companies and businesses covering a broad spectrum of industries including FMCG, retail apparel, textiles, automotive, tourism, media, broadcasting and entertainment, publishing, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, health care, logistics, telecommunications and energy. He has also handled various notifications before the Turkish competition board. He has extensive experience in mandatory and voluntary tender offers for the public shares of the companies which are listed in the stock exchange. Prior to joining GSI, he has worked in a law firm with multinational clientele for nearly 10 years, where he mainly focused on corporate and commercial law, M&A projects and capital markets law.
