As a partner in Alerion's Corporate law - Mergers & Acquisitions team, Antoine has developed significant qualifications in the area of corporate acquisitions and sales, as well as restructuring, in French and cross-border transactions. Antoine is also involved in private equity (venture capital and capital investment), LBOs and advising managers, for both French and international clients. In addition, he advises and structures non-profit organizations (foundations, endowments).

Antoine graduated with a DESS in Business Law and Taxation from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. He is a member of the Paris Bar since 2006.
