Mohamed Elshazly, Senior Associate, joined Tahoun in 2025. With a special focus on the corporate practice, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, commercial, and projects. He is well-versed in drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate agreements (joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements, management agreements, etc.) and other types of commercial agreements such as consultancy and service agreements and distribution agreements – among others. He is also experienced in drafting and preparing legal due diligence reports on companies and has participated in various acquisitions and initial public offerings. He is member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2019. He is fluent in Arabic and English. Mohamed achieved his bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law (English Section), Minufia University in 2018. He also obtained the master’s degree in Law from Hamburg University, as well he obtained the master’s degree in Economics from Cairo University.
