Noha’s core responsibilities lie in drafting and reviewing different types of contracts and agreements, as well as conducting legal research in a wide range of areas of practice in the Egyptian territory and the MENA region as well specializing in the field of Oil & Gas and have a good understanding of International Oil and Gas Law, Banking, and construction matters (FIDIC), etc. In addition to providing corporate legal assistance, including incorporating, restructuring, liquidating, and merging companies in Egypt as well as preparing all the required corporate legal and compliancedocuments, with a focus on its key sectors in infrastructure, social infrastructure, commercial development, energy, and transport, advises on critical and complex infrastructure projects with significant capabilities throughout the project lifecycle, dealing with disputes, encompassing drafting and negotiating contract documents, dealing with construction litigation, and providing project delivery support.
