Junior Associate

Marita Christou is a qualified Lawyer and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, admitted in 2022. She holds an LLB Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nicosia.

During her academic studies, she served as a Stagiaire at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus, within the Department of Bilateral Relations with European States and participated in legal research and professional seminars.

Marita joined LLPO Law Firm in January 2026. Her practice focuses on Litigation and Dispute Resolution, with particular emphasis on Insurance Law and Personal Injuries Claims. She has gained additional professional experience within the Legal Department of one of the leading Insurance Companies in Cyprus. During this time, she provided legal support to the company, drafting legal documentation and actively involved in negotiations concerning the recovery of sums and the determination of compensation.

Marita adopts a practical and results-oriented approach to legal practice.

Marita is fluent in Greek and English.
