Junior Associate

Rafaela Anastasiades was born in Nicosia, Cyprus, in 2001. She holds an LLB Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Southampton and a Master’s degree in Medical Law and Ethics from the University of Law, London Bloomsbury.

She completed her legal traineeship at the Office of the Attorney General of Cyprus in 2024, where she gained practical experience in court proceedings and legal advisory work. She subsequently undertook a six-month traineeship at the European Parliament, assisting the daily work of a Cypriot MEP. During this period, she was actively involved in the work of various parliamentary committees, gaining valuable exposure to EU legislative processes, policy development, and cross-border regulatory issues.

Rafaela joined LLPO Law Firm in November 2025 as a Junior Associate. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation and personal injury matters, with active involvement in the development and management of case files. She also has knowledge of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, complementing her work in contentious matters.
