Giouli is a Director in our Employment Law practice, advising both domestic and international clients on the full spectrum of Employment law. She is highly experienced in navigating complex employment frameworks and provides strategic legal support to organizations across various industries. 

Her areas of expertise include employment structuring, workplace compliance, labor litigation, and employee relations, with a strong focus on aligning legal risk management with business objectives. She regularly drafts and negotiates employment contracts, HR policies, internal regulations, collective agreements, and many more. 

Prior to joining Andersen Legal, she practiced civil, commercial, administrative, and labor law as an associate in law firms in Athens. 

As a Director, Giouli also plays an active role in mentoring and guiding junior legal professionals, contributing to the firm’s talent development and knowledge-sharing culture.
