Senior Associate

Climentini is a lawyer and member of the Athens Bar Association. She holds an LLB from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, a Master’s Degree in Law and Economics from the University of Piraeus, and a DPO Executive Certification. She has also attended a postgraduate seminar in Rational Choice and Behavioral Economics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Prior to joining Andersen Legal Greece, she gained experience at the legal department of a bank and, subsequently, at the legal department of a company operating in the financial services sector, while collaborating as an external associate with law firms based in Athens, handling a broad range of civil and commercial law matters.

Since joining Andersen Legal Greece, she has advised domestic and international clients operating across diverse sectors, including real estate and property management, construction, hospitality, insurance, technology, shipping, retail and non-profit organizations.

Her practice focuses on civil, commercial and corporate law, with experience in litigation, commercial agreements, real estate matters, legal due diligence and corporate legal support. In recent years, she has focused extensively on data protection, artificial intelligence and regulatory compliance, advising corporate groups and companies on the effective implementation of regulatory requirements within complex business environments. Her experience includes the provision of Data Protection Officer (DPO) services and the management of GDPR compliance projects, including compliance assessments, data governance programs, policy development, regulatory risk evaluations and ongoing compliance support. She also advises organizations on legal and compliance issues arising from emerging European regulatory frameworks, including the AI Act, DORA and Data Act.
