Jason Reeve, is a name Partner since 2012 and the Head of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice. He advises debtors, lenders, investors in the context of underperforming companies through turnaround plans, debt restructuring, buy-outs/carve-outs and/or equity/debt financing.

Jason Reeve started his career at Coudert Brothers in Beijing (China), where he advised French companies to set up joint ventures or wholly owned companies. In 2003, he joined the Corporate / M&A department of Cleary Gottlieb in Paris, mainly handling M&A transactions for listed or private companies with cross-border aspects. In 2007, he joined Poulain & Associés a boutique firm specialized in Restructuing and Insolvency and became a Partner in 2008. He joined Renault Thominette Vignaud & Reeve in 2012.
