Zsuzsanna Ilyés is a counsel with over 15 years of experience, specialising in real estate, renewable energy, and public procurement law.

She advises on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, greenfield developments, and the operational management of commercial properties such as shopping centres and office buildings. She has particular experience in solar park projects and has provided on-site legal support to shopping centre management during a secondment to CBRE GI. Zsuzsanna is also a certified public procurement expert, guiding clients through complex procurement procedures.

Her clients have included Convergence, HSZ Solar, DVM, Horizon Development, Mastercard, and O-I Orosházi Üveggyár.
