Eszter Zsófia Szakmáry is a lawyer in LKT’s Banking & Finance Group, specializing in cross-border financing transactions, with particular focus on sale and leaseback transactions, securitizations, bond issuances and other capital markets matters.

She advises leading domestic and international clients, including banks, corporate borrowers, and sovereign issuers, on complex financing and bond issuances, including green bonds. Her recent work includes structuring financing for solar projects, corporate acquisitions, and high-value aircraft transactions.

Zsófia is a native Hungarian speaker, also fluent in English.
