Aliya Syzdykova is an International Legal Consultant with extensive experience working in international law firms across the globe for over 10 years.

She holds an English law degree and master’s qualifications from Switzerland and Kazakhstan. Aliya has advised on significant transactions including acquisitions of major oil and gas fields and mining companies throughout the CIS region, as well as on the construction of a large power plant in Hungary.

She has also acted in complex multinational fraud proceedings involving litigation and arbitration across the UK, US, Australia and Switzerland.

A native speaker of Russian and Kazakh, Aliya has also developed proficiency in several European languages, including German and Italian.
