Lawyer

Soma Schóber works as a lawyer in our Corporate and M&A Group and he mainly advises our clients in transactional and corporate law related matters. He assisted our clients in several M&A transactions and gained particular experience with the Hungarian foreign direct investment (FDI) regulations. Besides his focus on general corporate matters and cross border M&A transactions, he also advises our clients in various other areas like consumer protection, intellectual property law and legal questions relating to modern technologies. Soma graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Pécs with summa cum laude in 2019. Besides his native Hungarian, he fluently speaks English.
