Soma Schóber is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A Group at Lakatos, Köves and Partners, primarily advising clients on transactional and corporate law matters.

He has contributed to numerous M&A transactions and developed particular expertise in Hungarian foreign direct investment (FDI) regulations. In addition to general corporate and cross-border M&A work, Soma advises on consumer protection, intellectual property, and legal issues related to modern technologies.

He graduated summa cum laude from the Faculty of Law at the University of Pécs in 2019.

Soma is a native Hungarian speaker and is fluent in English.
