Botond Horváth works as a lawyer in the firm’s corporate practice group, where he advises our clients in transactional, corporate law and capital markets related matters. He has particular experience with joint venture structures and related contentious matters, equity capital markets matters and financial regulatory questions. Besides his focus on the financial sector, he advises our clients operating in various other sectors. He received his LL.M. from ELTE in the area of investments, corporate finance and stock exchange.
