Botond Horváth is a counsel in the Corporate practice group, advising clients on transactional, corporate law, and capital markets matters.

He has significant experience in joint venture structures, including both contentious and non-contentious issues, as well as equity capital markets and complex financial regulatory matters. While his primary focus is on the financial sector, he also advises clients across a range of industries.

Botond earned his LL.M. from Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), specialising in investments, corporate finance, and stock exchange law. His combined academic and professional background enables him to provide clear, pragmatic legal solutions aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.
