Nóra Kertai is a lawyer in our banking & finance, capital markets and aviation practice groups. She graduated from the University of Szeged and spent a year of study at the University of London. Her special expertise includes cross-border financing transactions, corporate financing, including restructuring and asset-based financing with particular focus on aircraft sale and purchase, financing and securitization. Besides her native Hungarian, she speaks fluent English, Italian and French.
