Nóra Szigeti has started her legal career at Squire Patton Boggs (SPB) and has been practicing law as a licensed Hungarian attorney for more than ten years now. She focuses on real estate and corporate matters. As a corporate lawyer, Nóra has worked for high-profile business clients, helping their businesses with general corporate, corporate governance and commercial advice, including advice on company dissolution. She has participated in various large scale M&A transactions and commercial deals, sale and purchase transactions and negotiation of complicated lease agreements. Besides her native Hungarian, she speaks English and Spanish fluently.
