Nóra Szigeti began her legal career at Squire Patton Boggs (SPB) and has been practising as a licensed Hungarian attorney for over ten years.

She specialises in real estate and corporate law. As a corporate lawyer, Nóra has advised high-profile business clients on general corporate matters, corporate governance, and commercial issues, including company dissolution. She has been involved in numerous large-scale M&A transactions, commercial deals, sale and purchase agreements, and the negotiation of complex lease contracts.

Nóra is a native Hungarian speaker and is fluent in English and Spanish.
