Péter Berethalmi, a Partner in LKT's Corporate and M&A group, brings unparalleled expertise and a wealth of experience to LKT. Joining our firm in 2024, Péter previously served as the managing partner at Nagy & Trócsányi, a premier independent Hungarian law firm where he worked on Corporate, M&A, Employment, Real Estate, Construction law, and Regulatory matters.

With a robust track record in managing diverse domestic and cross-border transactions, Péter is adept at advising corporate clients on their daily operations and complex legal challenges. His strategic insights and practical approach ensure that clients receive top-tier, comprehensive counsel.

Péter's academic credentials include a law degree from the Faculty of Law at József Attila University (1994) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Laws from the University of London International Programmes (2010). Fluent in both Hungarian and English, Péter serves a broad range of international clients with ease.

Péter is an active member of the Supervisory Board of the Association of the Hungarian Automotive Industry (MAGE), where he leverages his legal expertise to contribute to industry developments.
