Viktória Szilágyi is a partner in the Corporate and M&A group, with nearly 20 years of experience handling corporate and real estate matters in both local and international transactions. She provides expert advice across the full spectrum of corporate law, including international M&A and general commercial law, serving some of the largest foreign corporates operating in Hungary. Viktória has significant expertise in the renewable energy and healthcare sectors and has contributed to numerous greenfield development projects.

She currently serves as Vice Chair of the European Regional Forum of the International Bar Association, acts as a Consultant on corporate law matters at the Lawyer’s Academy organised by the Budapest Bar Association, and is a member of the Professional Committee of the Hungarian Bar Association.
