Kornél Dirner strengthens the Corporate, M&A, and Energy practice groups. He advises clients on the full spectrum of corporate and energy law, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, and capital restructuring, including related accounting and capital structure bookkeeping.

Kornél has participated in several significant M&A transactions both in Hungary and in global deals affecting Hungary. He also represents clients in dispute resolution and insolvency matters within his practice area.
