Kornél Dirner is strengthening our corporate and M&A practice groups. He is advising our clients on the full spectrum of corporate law and he focuses on mergers, acquisitions and capital restructuring, including related accounting and capital structure book keeping expertise. Kornél has been participating in several significant M&A transactions in Hungary and in global transactions affecting Hungary, and he has been representing our clients in dispute resolution procedures and insolvency matters related to his practice area as well. Besides Hungarian, he speaks fluent English and Serbian.
